Providing ad-hoc consulting/coaching services, mainly for the financial services industry. The specific areas of interest are: (i) the distribution of retail products via various channels, finding the best way in terms of efficiency, economy, sustainability, and management; motivation of sales channels to bring better results, higher volumes with better quality (ii) products/services offering optimization - product mix, profitability, customer insights; (iii) process enhancement, improvement, or complete redesign - looking for the "week" spots to improve the current status in respect of end-user needs and expectations, defining quality standards and measurement (iv) leading individuals/team; using my own experiences to coach both individuals and groups to better cooperation & communication, better motivation, and, most importantly, have fun!!!
