Our in-house developed software system “QINO” helps our customers to get into control of their business processes and brings “peace of mind” in tank terminal management. We focus on tank terminal and (oil) trading business only, and combine our business knowledge with advanced IT capabilities. QINO manages all commercial, administrative, operational and logistical processes. It provides functions on both Level 3 (MES/MOMS) as Level 4 (ERP/BLS). Sophisticated highly integrated interfaces are available to Level 2 (DCS/SCADA). Standard interfaces to the mainstream Financial Accounting and Customs Declaration Systems are available as well. QINO is internet based so is available any time and any place through an internet browser, providing staff, customers and suppliers direct on-line access to real-time information. Numerous reputable European, Middle Eastern and American Oil & Chemical companies use QINO, at more than 40 terminals. More than 1500 individual users use it daily, 24/7. These users are all involved directly or indirectly in the (extended) processes at a terminal.
