BrainFocus Centre Information

BrainFocus Centre is dedicated to helping people excel by teaching them how to harness the power of mental focus. The widely accepted model of stress as a natural part of the human condition hampers our ability to transcend to our true natural state of happiness and joy. This state requires consciousness and is the only path out of the current circumstances in which humanity finds itself (a path of self-induced destruction). Focus is the most important higher function of the brain’s frontal lobes. Focus allows us to access our higher thinking processes and helps us to prioritize and to achieve goals. This elusive skill underpins and supports every other technical, professional and life skill. Our programs are life transforming and enjoy excellent reviews from hundreds of participants at schools, in businesses and from private clients. BrainFocus is designed by David Hesketh, a neuroscientist and career educator who is the owner and founder of the BrainFocus Centre. David holds degrees in Biological-Psychology (BSc Hons) and in Neuro-Medical Science (MSc).
