Mindful Therapy Group is a diverse group of over 2,100 mental health professionals serving Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas through in-person and telehealth visits. Our mental health professionals see children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in a multitude of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, behavioral and learning issues including ADHD. Established in 2011, we have expanded both in our number of locations and services to accommodate the growing need in our communities for high-quality and comprehensive mental health care. We consider ourselves leaders in the industry and will continue to strive to meet the growing demands in our changing world and healthcare system.

Leveraging both in-person and virtual therapy, our team of therapists are dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges and strengthen their quality of life. Our team specializes in a variety of areas within individual, family, relationship and sex therapy so we can help clients wherever they may be in their life — both today and in the future. The Therapy Group employs a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic approach working to foster a strong relationship with each of our clients. As systemically trained therapists, we are able to effectively assess the circular nature of interactions and look at each individual as part of a larger system — whether that be a family, school, workplace or community. We recognize that many of life’s challenges result from interactions with others, and in order to resolve these conflicts, it’s important for us to fully understand the role we play within it. Because of that, our therapists help clients look inward to better assess and understand the interaction and then work to develop solutions for moving forward.

At Balanced Life Therapy our focus is providing a safe, clean space for emotional support to our clients.
