Braemar Estates is the specialist property management division of Brooks Macdonald Group plc. It manages a diverse leasehold portfolio of approximately 5,000 residential, commercial and mixed-use properties with a combined worth in excess of £1bn in the UK on behalf of freeholders and leaseholders. In addition, it provides a full management service to the property funds operated by Brooks Macdonald Funds. Our clients include housebuilders, developers of new build properties and management companies of existing blocks. We also offer a full lettings and management service for rented property.
