Land and development services: Development consultancy is also a major part of our service offering. Our staff provide expert advice on a range of projects, from small individual new-build units to major out-of-town green field schemes. With our considerable experience in the refurbishment of existing properties as well as new builds, we work in complete cohesion with clients, project managers, architects and designers to achieve the desired result for all parties. Property management services: We act as a professional managing agent on behalf of many landlords and management companies.
