Bracchi s.r.l was founded in 1928 as a local transport company. It was acquired in 1968 by Tranquillo Annoni, who has made it an important reality in Europe in the transport and logistics sectors. The current configuration, with 5 logistic hubs and more than 70 warehouses spread in Europe, is the result of a strong collaboration between the Annoni family and a skillful managerial team. The investment from IGI Sgr for the acquisition of majority shares in 2016 gave the company a boost, so it could strengthen its business lines. SI2 S.p.A and Siparex Mid Cap II FCPI took part to the investment too, but they acquired minority shares. Our focus is on Customer: the company offers its customers a wide range of tailor-made services, handling different distributive and logistic needs in Italy, in Europe and in the world. Our tradition and our quality of the service brought us to strengthen, so we are now supplier of international companies, which are leaders in their sectors. In particular, we collaborate with global leaders in the elevators and escalators sector and in the agricultural machinery sector.
