BPS Tax Services Information

BPS Tax Services is owned and managed by Beth Paul Saunier, a U.S.-qualified lawyer who has has worked in international tax law since 2004. Prior to opening BPS Tax Services, Beth headed the U.S. tax practice at a Paris firm specializing in U.S.-French taxation and worked as an international tax advisor with the Internal Revenue Service at the United States Embassy in Paris. She worked as an associate attorney in the corporate and financial industry departments of Reed Smith LLP before moving to France. Beth earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College. She is a member in good standing of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and admitted to practice before all the state courts in those states, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
