B&P Fabrications aim to provide best value, defect free components on-time to it's customers. To that end B&P follow a programme of continuous improvement and will therefore review and update its procedures on a regular basis to achieve that goal. B&P Fabrications have a dedicated Quality Control team to follow product from samples through the manufacturing process to finished parts - fit for despatch. B&P Fabrications Quality Control inspection facilities include a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) - to check complex geometric tolerances and also a high tech portable CMM - the FaroArm to provide flexible and rapid inspection and verification of parts for the manufacturing teams. The continuous improvement programme within B&P has quality control focused KPI's that ensures both internal and customer based quality metrics are communicated to the manufacturing teams on a regular basis.
