BPCI maintains an active and thorough safety program and has been a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Retro program since 2001. To protect our employees from job site accidents we require all new hires to participate in a job safety seminar, enforce random drug testing, periodically inspect every jobsite, require jobsite safety meetings, pay for additional employee training when needed, and require all employees to be trained in CPR and first aid. BPCI also requires all subcontractors to present a job-specific safety plan, as well as insurance and L&I information. Our in-house safety coordinator makes sure all these programs are implemented and stay on track.
