At Boyds, we pride ourselves on the personal experience, our members health matters to us. A tailor made exercise plan is offered to each of our clients, where your fitness levels will be assessed and together we will develop a programme that will be safe and effective in order to achieve your optimum fitness. Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool with massage jets, mens and ladies saunas, access to indoor and outdoor training and an extensive range of massage and osteopathy treatments. We have a fully equipped gymnasium, providing the latest in cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as a free weights area, with expert tuition being offered from any of our experienced male and female monitors. Exercising in a group is an extremely enjoyable and motivating way to keep fit and with a wide variety of fitness classes for all ages and levels, both male and female, we are sure that you will find a class that suits you.
