Founded by the brothers Carlo and Sandro Milani, today administrators, Boxline was founded in 1985 in Milan as a maritime agency for full container line services and developed in the maritime transport sector as a line carrier and Groupage operator. Boxline UCL is today a leading European consolidator in maritime transport services worldwide; its 150 employees have managed over 65,000 shipments for over 350,000 cubic meters of Groupage goods in 2018 alone. With its 10 European offices, in Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Austria, Serbia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania it guarantees a range of neutral, fast and reliable solutions for the management of LCL and FCL services, but also RAIL and AIR. Boxline UCL is also a founding and official member of the Cargo World Network (CWN), the large network of operators selected for LCL services, which through its members offers shippers Groupage services on a global scale with over 22,000 interconnected ports, all within a single platform, with a single interlocutor, a single organization and a single vector responsibility.
