Bows for Strings Competitors

Brook Mays & H&H Music, founded in Dallas Texas in 1901, is the oldest and largest family owned music store in Texas. Our mission is to promote music education and meet the needs of Music Educators and Music Students. For three generations, Brook Mays has been owned and operated by the Everitt Family. If a child can’t make an instrument play they will get discouraged from music, because they will think the problem is their ability when in actuality they have been handicapped by a poor quality instrument. We believe that a good quality instrument is the foundation for success of any musician. We do not sell ANY instruments that we wouldn’t put in the hands of our own children to play. We also believe in making music education more affordable. We offer a LOW PRICE GUARANTEE, we won’t be undersold by anyone. We shop pricing daily and promise to offer our customers the lowest pricing possible to help stretch your dollars in tough economic times. At Brook Mays we believe that Teachers are a critical component of music education. We have thousands of teacher recommendations from all over Texas. Furthermore we provide a TEACHER ACCEPTANCE GUARANTEE, if the teacher ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy. SERVICE is important for all musical instruments. At Brook Mays we have the most band instrument repair technicians in the State of Texas. Our repair shops have full capabilities and large capacity to repair all makes and models of band and orchestral instruments.
