Our natural, ready to use ingredients and blends are used UK wide by food processors, farm shop CPU kitchens, artisan producers, and premium retailers with ‘in house’ food production. 10kg bulk packed IQF Freshly Frozen range includes ready-to-use chopped herbs, vegetables, grains, fruit and citrus ingredients, alongside dried herbs, spices and edible seeds. We offer steam treated as well as roasted seeds, spices and bespoke blends to add value and individuality to food products. We can offer in bulk or individual sachets. We offer customers year-round stock stability, pricing and technical support. We also have a range of UK grown herbs and fruits. NPD: We can produce wet and dry blends as bespoke and pack into bulk or sachets with MOQ of 250/500kg per recipe. Technical: We have achieved BRC AA for 7 consecutive years and support customers in matters related to technical and quality. Contracts: We can offer contracted supply for large scale bulk requirements, and these can be called off from UK stock on a year-round basis if required.
