Bowen Island Municipality is located in the middle of beautiful Howe Sound/Átl’ka7tsem, just a 20-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver. As the only island municipality, part of both Metro Vancouver Regional District and the Islands Trust Council, we are a small municipality committed to managing growth in a sustainable way that is conditioned by the natural environment and respects social and economic diversity.
