Bowden's Brigade Information

Bowden’s Brigade is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in honor of Bowden McBride Hunter, created to support veterans and their families as they transition from military service to civilian life. We focus on building community, connection, and purpose through programs like Brigade Gatherings, scholarships, events, and peer support—working proactively to prevent veteran isolation and suicide by ensuring no service member feels alone after coming home. At Bowden’s Brigade, we believe in honoring service with continued support—because the mission doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
