Established in 2016. Physical therapy Maximum Health Physical Therapy focuses on putting patient care back into healthcare and physical therapy. MHPT is a private, individually owned family friendly practice. Licensed therapists perform one on one, hands on therapy. Our patients receive personalized treatment plans to achieve their goals. Patients are actively involved in the rehabilitation process. Our qualified and caring staff monitors our patients progress and achievements. MHPT staff forms lifelong relationships with our patients and checks on their progress even after their sessions are completed.

The practice was initially opened as a direct payment for services provider and operated for two years out of a local gym. As the practice grew and the demand to offer physical therapy services covered by insurance, the practice moved to its own space, shared with a local pharmacy. Within two more years in that location, the practice had already outgrown that space. Foundation Therapy then purchased and remodeled its current location and moved there in October 2017.
