I have worked in the real estate business since 1997 and have been an appraiser since 2003. In 2011, I opened Boulder Appraisals. I am FHA / HUD approved and specialize in residential, relocation, and REO (foreclosures). I also appraise condos, townhouses, vacant land, and acreages up to 40 acres. I appraise properties in Polk, Dallas, Warren, Madison, Boone, Story, and I am married and have one son. In my free time I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I started with the company in 2013. I am FHA approved and I appraise single family residential, condo, townhouses, vacant land and single family acreages up to 40 I am married and have two kids. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and traveling. I also volunteer in my community and church. Interested in learning more about us or have a question? I have a variety of previous experience from working as an executive assistant at a Fortune 500 company to working as an aquaculture technician on a shrimp farm. I have been with Boulder Appraisals since September 2015. I am married, father of two, and the Mayor of Prairie City, Iowa. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, the outdoors and volunteering in the community.
