Our teams both in the kitchen and in front of house are composed and organised with international high experienced key members. Their career led them to work as managers in the most luxurious establishments in the world, such as Mandarin Oriental, Pachamama, Zuma Group, the Negresco Nice, The Chiltern Firehouse... They are used to work with the most awarded chefs, deal with top profile clientele and master the ways of making large teams achieve wonders. We aim to provide exceptional customer service, and constant, delicious food, in a relaxed yet elegant environment.
