We operate though our proprietary bot builder and a recommendations tool based on artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop and provide solutions specialized by sector that merges conversation and intelligence in new experiences capable of new standards of service and advice for customers. Botly sees a bright future for the conversational commerce, where more personalized, personal and intuitive interactions will allow users to search, interact and shop easier. Based on our vision and tools, we have three lines of business: 1) Personalized white label virtual assistants, allowing corporations to acquire a custom made bot solution that is right for them and affordable. Operating as "Bot as a Service" we support corporations in identify, built and launch conversation commerce solutions. Botly analyzes the client needs, ideate, script, design, built and deploy. 2) Botly Agency is focused on bringing the power of conversation to marketing campaigns. We serve brands and agencies in define, design and deploy marketing campaigns that make use of conversations to better engage and communicate with their costumers. 3) Botly Lab exists to ensure we not only research and innovate but also that we contribute to the conversational commerce industry and growth. At the LAB we research and deploy our own proprietary solutions so that we serve peoples life. Our proprietary solutions include a digital insurance agent for insurance companies, a personal assistant for events and tickets and a personal shopper for special gifts and research intense activities.
