For example, as a Charter 1000 Member, the Botiga system allows you to always hold up to 14 peak days away from 100 days to 24 months in advance. And as soon as one of those weeks comes to be within 100 days of departure you can immediately book more peak time. This provides limitless peak weeks away, whilst ensuring that some members do not monopolise these precious weeks at the expense of others. Here are some other advantages of the Botiga diary: We have a maximum limit of members per property, which reduces the number of people able to access peak time. Our members are varied in both age and nationality, spreading the focus on booking certain destinations and times a year. The diary offers good availability up to two years out, as well as last minute availability for more spontaneous trips. In this way there is less pressure on booking everything as far ahead as one can. There will always be more points within the diary than members have to spend - even as close as 100 days from departure this guarantees good availability. From 100 days prior to departure each available week reduces its points price by 1% per day. At 20 days out this means that the week 'costs' only 20% of its original points. Spare weeks are never let to 3rd parties - instead they remain available for members and their family and friends to use. Again, this reduces squeeze and keeps the club exclusively for its members.
