Bothne Engineering has been running successfully for the last ten years, first founded in September 2005 by our President and founder Mrs. Dorothy M. Bothne. Bothne Engineering is a built around a superb team of engineers, designers, drafters, and administrators who will take ownership of any project from start to finish, and answer any questions to the best of their ability. The main office is located approximately one hour north of Austin, providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design to new construction, additions and renovations. Bothne Engineering serves both the public and private sectors all across Texas. Our main goal is to exceed the expectations of every customer by providing personal service and support with every project.? Coming from a non-engineer background with extensive business experience in the customer service industry, the president of Bothne Engineering - Dorothy M. Bothne, P.E., understands the value of a happy customer. Currently with 19 years engineering experience, Mrs. Bothne has successfully combined the communication and people skills of customer service, the skills of a business owner with the technical skills of an engineer - creating a unique individual who can translate between the technical and non-technical worlds. Ingrid Requejo is our Administrated Assistant and Lighting Design Intern. She keeps us organized and on task. Ingrid is currently persuing her Architectural Specialization Degree at A.C.C. She has exceptional multi-tasking skills. She works well with others and her sense of humor is greatly appreciated in our office. Arizbeth Lagunas is a student currently working towards her Mechanical Engineering Degree. She is managing our CAD Department as she works as an Engineering Intern. Arizbeth is a Navy decorated veteran who was honorably discharged in 2011. She is a wonderful addition to our team. Amber Bothne is a currently a nursing student but occasionalllyn helps out Aunt Dorothy by taking construction photos. We look forward to expanding and guiding Bothne Engineering into a new era of alternative energy and sustainable design.
