Mission The mission of the Boston Lawyers Group (BLG) is to support the efforts of its member organizations to identify, recruit, advance and retain attorneys of color. Innovation and collaboration are the key elements of BLG’s foundation. BLG members are ultimately responsible for turning their organizations' objectives into action. Each member gathers information through the consortium and takes steps independently to achieve the goal of greater diversity in its organization. Company Overview The BLG is committed to promoting diversity in Boston’s legal community. It is our strong belief that an increase in the number of attorneys of color will encourage public confidence in the judicial system and respect for the law. Further, a more representative professional legal community is a necessity in order for us to successfully address the challenges we face in an ever increasing global economy.
