Boss Field Services Information

Boss Field Services is a woman-owned small business. We perform site visit inspections for commercial and residential properties including REO, retail, restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, offices, housing, manufacturing and more. Many clients simply require a quick visit of a property for an annual review, detailed report on a delinquent account, or a clean-up and preservation of a property. Boss Field Services is a third-party site visit inspection and reporting firm. We provide detailed reports assisting banks, SBA lenders, mortgage servicers, realtors, and corporations in making informed decisions regarding their investments. Established in 2009 Boss Field Services has a mission of producing accurate, timely reports at a cost-savings to our clients. This mission is a driving force in our business today. To ensure we are meeting the needs of every client we are able to customize our solutions to specific requirements that fall outside the norm. We take pride in doing the job right the first time. To this end, we are available to meet in person in order to clearly understand project requirements, assist in developing new reports or ensure existing reports are adequate to detail pertinent information. Once our site inspection is complete the findings will be e-mailed for review. If required, a hard copy will also be delivered.
