The name bosko comes from the risen messiah Jesus of Nazareth found in John chapter twenty-one verse fifteen when Jesus asked Peter, “Do you love me” and Peter replied “LORD, You know I Love You”. Jesus went on to say “feed My sheep” the word Jesus spoke for “feed” in greek was “bosko” It is from Jesus’ direction to “feed His sheep” that we established our mission: To cultivate graceful participation in the Body of Jesus Christ with His nourishing Word.
