Today BOSH! has 3.7 million followers, a quarter of a billion views a year and over a million cookbooks sold. Henry and Ian are Sunday Times bestselling authors and hosted a cooking show on ITV1. Now BOSH! makes tasty, plant-rich food you can find in UK supermarkets, including chilled meals and pizzas in Tesco and Nooch in Sainsbury's.
