Our mission is to arm allies responsibly, end the cycle of forever wars, and strategically support veteran well-being by preventing wars before they occur by responsibly funding innovation, fostering peace, and redefining global defense capabilities. Investment Thesis We plan to invest strategically in modern weapons technologies, aligning with recommendations from US licensing authorities to identify specific companies and technological opportunities. The investment approach is two-pronged: first, direct pre-IPO debt investments (convertible at a substantial discount upon listing) into cutting-edge defense and technology startups; and second, trade finance operations that will generate revenue by financing purchase orders across various companies.
