BOREAS A.Ş. BOREAS Klima Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., 2002 yılından bu yana 12 farklı ülkede kurulu satış organizasyonu aracılığı ile Samsung VRF ünitelerinin distribütörlüğünü yapmakta ve 2014 yılından bu yana İstanbul Esenyurt’ta bulunan 10.000 metrekarelik üretim alanına sahip fabrikasında merkezi iklimlendirme cihazlarının üretim ve satışını gerçekleştirmektedir. Açık Grubu, hissedarı olduğu BOREAS A.Ş. için kurguladığı yeni şirket vizyonu ve sürdürülebilir büyüme politikası nedeniyle 24 Mart 2017 tarihinde BOREAS A.Ş.’nin tüm hisselerini satın almıştır. Açık Şirketler Grubuna bağlı BOREAS Klima’nın şirket yapısındaki bu değişimin nedeni, hizmet kalitesinden ödün vermeden güçlü sermaye yapısı ve dinamik organizasyonu ile ürün yelpazesini genişletmek, satış ve satış sonrası hizmet ağının etkinliğini arttırmaktır. BOREAS A.Ş. en yüksek Eurovent değerleri ( TB1 sınıfında ) ile onaylı klima santrallerinin ve kompakt tip ısı geri kazanım cihazlarının üretim ve satışının yanı sıra soğutma grupları, fan coil üniteleri ve Samsung VRF ünitelerinin satışını da gerçekleştirmektedir. --- BOREAS A.Ş. Boreas Inc. has been distributing the Samsung VRF units since 2002 through the sales organization established in 20 different countries and continuing the production and sales of central air conditioning units at the factory of 10.000 sqm closed area in İstanbul since 2014. Boreas Inc. has been fully owned by Acik Group on 24th March 2017 due to the strategies developed in order to create new company vision, sustainable growth and permanent advantages. The reason for the change in structure of the company is to increase the product range, effectiveness of sales and after-sales activities with strong capital structure and dynamic organization without compromising the quality of services. Boreas Inc. is going to make difference in HVAC markets with the production of complete range of air handling units certified by Eurovent with the highest Eurovent values, compact type heat recovery units and the sales of chillers, fan coil units and Samsung VRF units.
