Booozah is currently engaged in creating a new line of low‐fat ice cream targeting the Health & Fitness market space. Each product developed will include Vitamins, Branch Amino Acids and other Health, Fitness and sports oriented ingredients; all products will be sweetened with Chicory Nectar (No Sugar added). Chicory Nectar has a Glycemic Index (GI) of 26.25%, which means low glucose absorption and low calories.
