Boomspace Information

Most AV issues are decided long before the technology is ever used. With over 30 years of enterprise AV experience, BoomSpace helps organisations create workplace technology that people can rely on every day. We work directly with IT, workplace and facilities teams, taking the time to understand the people, the space and what the organisation needs from it, both now and in the future. Whether it is a single meeting room, a workplace transformation programme or a multi-site rollout, we make sure the right thinking happens before the technology goes in. Our work spans meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration spaces, town halls, training environments and flexible workplaces. We bring together strategy, design, engineering, integration and long-term support, representing our clients and coordinating with the wider project team when needed. The result is technology that feels straightforward to use and makes better use of the space available. Flexible, scalable solutions allow rooms to support different ways of working, while thoughtful standardisation creates a familiar experience across locations without forcing every space into the same box. Our approach makes systems easier to manage, support and evolve as organisations grow. Clients tell us it takes pressure off their internal teams and gives people confidence that the technology will work when they need it. Across London, the UK and Europe, we support organisations using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet and the wider technologies that bring modern workplaces together. No unnecessary complexity and no disappearing after handover. Just thoughtful engineering, personal service and workplace technology solutions people can rely on every day.
