We are recruiters. We built Boolie for talent acquisition professionals. The idea emerged in early 2023, a few months after ChatGPT was released. The buzz had begun with companies excited about the possibility of AI to create efficiency in business. At the same time, concern began to grow that AI would replace thousands of jobs. We disagree. Talent acquisition is a highly administrative HR function where this powerful new technology can be applied – thus Boolie was born.
