For more than 21 years, we have been helping women exercise with confidence by providing specialist sports bra fitting, education, and support. Our mission is simple: to remove breast discomfort as a barrier to physical activity and ensure every woman and girl has access to the support she needs to move comfortably and perform at her best. When women exercise, their breasts can move by up to 14cm. Without the right support, this movement can cause discomfort, embarrassment, and even discourage participation in sport and physical activity. Through education, expert fitting, and evidence-based guidance, we help women find the right support for their individual needs. As the world's leading authority on sports bras, we have curated one of the widest ranges of sports bras available, catering for sizes 28-54 band and A-K cup. However, our work extends far beyond this. We work with elite sports teams, the Ministry of Defence, schools, universities, healthcare professionals, emergency services, and organisations across the UK. Together, we are helping women and girls overcome a significant but often overlooked barrier to participation in sport, exercise, and physically demanding careers. Recognising the need for greater awareness and education, we created the Sports Bra Advocate Course, a 6.5 CPD-accredited programme designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and confidence to support women and girls with sports bra guidance and breast health education.
