Bonds Builders was established in 1994 by the current Directors to work predominately within South East England on construction projects. Bonds Builders and Contractors Ltd is a privately owned construction company, founded in 1994 and based in south east London. Bonds design and build quality affordable homes, specializing in small to medium size quality social housing projects up to 45 units. NEW BUILD - DESIGN & BUILD MAJOR REPAIRS & REFURBISHMENTS Bonds have grown steadily over the years and now maintain an enviable turnover with a strong client base and consistently high levels of service. Our vision of zero defects, innovative construction methods and 100% client satisfaction has contributed significantly to this growth. We are proud to mention that most of our contracts are won by word of mouth. We value the relationships we hold and we endeavour to offer an exemplary level of service to them at all times. Located in South East London, we have fully mobile teams of office and site staff. The Directors adopt a very "hands on" approach and maintain short lines of communication and respect for our workplace at all levels. We are skilled in all forms of construction and contract procurement and are always keen to develop and research new and sustainable methods of construction.
