BoldArc produces real-time experiences for the CONSTRUCTION, REAL ESTATE and INTERIOR DESIGN industry, and we are one of few player's in the world that produces photo realistic real-time experiences. BoldArc visualize buildings, whole blocks and the surroundings of a flat screen and the production of the real-time scene also supports photo-realistic 3D-images and 3D-videos. This makes the BoldArc product proposal very cost effective and the client doesn’t have to buy any visualizations from a third party. BoldArc's visualizations are very useful in urban planning, procurement of land, detail planning, sales of properties, office rental, property transactions etc. In addition to our visualization services, we have developed an application for the construction process based on AR technology a software which basically automatizes parts of the manual process in the production of our visualizations. The potential clients for the software are architects, design engineers, 3D designers, constructors etc. Company Background We have many years of experience with entrepreneurship within the organisation, not least within the video- and computer game industries. Four out of BoldArc’s five co-founders come from the video- and computer game industries, where two of them founded the company Starbreeze, one of northern Europes bigger gaming industries. Because of this, we have the neccessery experience and expertise to create realistic visualizations. We have a broad network and several years of experience of working international with the development and sales of virtual experiences. Combined with the knowledge and experience within the real estate industry, both as business owners and individuals, this create a strong foundation for BoldArc’s product development.
