The Mindful Path is a company created by Cheryl Jones in 2003. Cheryl has devoted her entire career as a healthcare professional to exploring and teaching best practices for health and well-being that can be easily integrated into everyday life. She was formerly Director of Mindfulness at Aetna.
Cheryl's background includes undergrad and Master's degrees in Health and Exercise Science. She was extensively trained in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn himself. Expanding on this integrated approach to wellness, Cheryl studied human development and spiritual counseling at the University of Saint Joseph.
She brought all of this to Aetna, where she led strategic initiatives improving the health and well-being of employees, customers, and communities. Cheryl received the Chairman's Leadership Award and the Norman Vincent Peale Award for Positive Thinking for integrating mindfulness into corporate culture.

We will also provide your primary care physician, at their request, access to our "Mindful Living For Physicians" website which offers additional information about Mindful Living and has other useful features.
