Others need support and inspiration to guide them through. We provide programs, facilities and services to ensure our members get the most out of their membership. Getting Started - Our friendly staff will provide you with all the information needed to get you off to a solid start. Our qualified instructors can take you through a structured workout, covering the basic principles of exercise. We will also guide you through our Group Fitness programmes and we will help you choose the most appropriate Group Fitness class to achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer this service FREE for all new members. With over two decades in the fitness industry, John, Leah and the team are well placed to help you achieve your goals.
