We are a professional accountancy and consultancy firm just large enough to give you personal services. Our goal for our clients is outcome management. We accomplish this goal by using professionals with advanced degrees and certifications, with experience in their specialty. We are a "teaching firm" giving back to our profession by serving as visiting professors of accounting to two and four year universities in Illinois and through the Midwest. This passion for teaching keeps our professionals up-to-date on the latest accounting, auditing and tax pronouncements. We are members of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of CPA's, and as members follow a rigorous quality review, continuing education track and ethical model. We are a first generation firm established 30 years ago, and succeeding in a practice of serving our clients with personal involvement by the firm's staff and management.
