My passion for creative problem solving led me to a PhD in abstract mathematics and computer science from ITU Copenhagen and Cambridge University. I realised that the principles and techniques I learned from abstract mathematics were applicable to problems in all areas of life. Anything that requires thinking. My curiosity for what motivates people and how they think, led me to move on and study leadership and organisational paradigms and to becoming a certified Professional Integral Coach™. In my work, I combine two worlds: the technical, rational and scientific with the human-oriented, caring and inclusive. As a coach and facilitator, I create a non-judgemental, inclusive space where my clients feel safe and understood. I’m an agile practitioner with 13+ years of experience in the software development industry, always in hands-on roles between tech, people, and business. As a consultant I lead and participate in projects in tech startups and scaleups, that require a combination of technical knowledge, business understanding, people & culture. Making perhaps dreaded projects more easy and fun. As a person I enjoy combining playfulness with rigour and fun with substance.
