Bob's Victory Grille Information

We cook all of our pizzas and many other items in Alabama's only COAL FIRED OVENS used in modern times - and we make most everything we do right here in our own kitchens. All of our wonderful appetizers are made from scratch and cooked to order. When making our pizzas we use our homemade mozzarella cheese that is prepared in our prep kitchen every day. All of our calzone sauces, dough, toppings, etc. are prepped by our own folks. Our flatbread is made fresh and the paninis are great when dipped into our homemade hummus and dipping sauces. Our seafood is all ALABAMA SEAFOOD from right here on our own ALABAMA coastline and harbors. Our sausage is locally made CONECUH SAUSAGE, one of the best there is. Our Philly Cheese steaks are made with shaved prime rib and we use the best breads and cheeses to compliment one of the best sandwiches ever. All of the burgers are fresh - we use ground Chuck to make the best burgers anywhere. All of our salads are prepped fresh and prepared to order EVERYTIME. Our desserts are made from scratch and baked in either our coal fired or convection ovens. I could go on and on about the fresh and local things we do, but you get the idea. This is all made possible because our team is constantly coached and trained to be the best they can be by our chefs and managers. When you take all of the above and combine it with our great people and our fantastic TV and sound systems, well, it just doesn't get any better than that.
