BOARD Information

Powering Growth in Private Enterprise Across Europe BOARD brings 2,000 of Europe’s most influential CEOs, Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, C-Suite leaders, investors and private equity leaders together to shape the future of private enterprise. The thinking is straightforward. The decisions that define a business - on capital, growth, risk, succession and governance - are shared across every company. Yet most events remain siloed by industry. BOARD exists to close that gap. BOARD did not start with a brief. It started with more than 200 conversations with European private enterprise leaders over six months, who consistently described the same gap: the room they needed did not exist. So we are building it. Over three days at the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco, from 22–24 March 2027, BOARD brings together the people making the decisions - creating opportunities to find the right partners, uncover proprietary deal flow and build relationships that can shape careers and companies. 90+ sessions | 40+ roundtables | 150+ speakers | Curated 1:1s | Private CEO dinners | High-value networking The programme is built around five pillars: • Capital & Strategy • AI & Technology • Risk, Security & Resilience • Governance, Accountability & Board Dynamics • Leadership & Human Capital The full agenda is available to download here: https://lnkd.in/envuCrzH. Every session is tagged to one of the five pillars, making it easy to build your route through the programme before you arrive. Above all, BOARD is building a powerful community of leaders whose decisions on strategy, investment and governance shape companies, markets and Europe’s next generation of private enterprise.
