GoBoat is all about the freedom to enjoy the water at your own pace, in a sustainable, silent and Scandinavian-designed picnic boat! We exist to help create memorable experiences, and delight our customers. In the maritime spirit, we are a responsible, friendly member of the community. The concept began in 2014 in Copenhagen. GoBoat AU/NZ Managing Director Nick Tyrrell experienced it himself while on holidays in 2016 and eventually brought the brand to Australia by opening GoBoat Canberra in late 2017. Since then GoBoat has opened on the Yarra River in Melbourne, on the Brisbane River in Brisbane, and will continue expanding and optimising underutilised waterways, making them accessible to all!

Gold Coast Boat Hire Pty Ltd offers self-drive high quality fishing boats for hire, and services the entire Gold Coast and Brisbane regions within smooth water limits. Smooth water limits include Currumbin Creek, Tallebudgera Creek, Nerang River, the Southport Broadwater, Wavebreak Island, South Stradbroke Island, Couran Cove, Tipplers, Jumpinpin, Coomera River, Pimpama River, Logan River, Jacobs Well, Southern Moreton Bay, Canaipa Passage, Russel Island, Peel Island, North Stradroke Island, and the Brisbane River. Each boat is equipped with a GPS/Fish-finder, marine radio, and all safety gear. A full tank of fuel is included as part of the hire fee. We deliver and launch the hire boats at the Biggera Creek boat ramp at Runaway Bay, just 5 minutes from Harbour Town shopping centre, or 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise. We also deliver and launch at the Paradise Point boat ramp. Either drive the vessel by water straight to your favourite destination, or tow it away on a trailer behind your own vehicle to a boat ramp of your choice. We offer half-day, full-day, overnight, and weekly rates for our vessels - so whether you would just like a few hours fishing the pristine waterways of the Southport Broadwater and Southern Moreton Bay, or a lazy few days camping on the beautiful South Stradbroke Island, Gold Coast Boat Hire can meet your needs!
