Founded in Sydney in 1958 by Dutch immigrant and innovator Dick Dusseldorp, Lendlease was born out of a vision to create a company that could successfully combine the disciplines of financing, development and investment. Custombuilt Homes is a small family owned Design and Construction building company, specialising in designing and building high quality, custom homes on difficult and challenging sites throughout Perth, Western Australia. Owner Gary Green is a fourth generation builder with a degree in architecture. He has been in the industry for over 40 years and has an intimate knowledge of both designing and building quality homes. Gary and his team have been working together for many years, which means our clients receive that outstanding level of service you can only achieve from working with a tight knit team. We are passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on exceeding our clients’ expectations. In keeping with this, in addition to our small team of employees we only hire subcontractors who are as focused on providing quality as we are, many of them having worked with us for decades. We believe that building should be a painless and exciting experience - communicating directly with the Builder and the Supervisor, without any 'middle men', ensures total transparency, allowing you complete peace of mind throughout the build. Most importantly, we never lose sight of the fact that we are building for you, not for us – we listen to you and work hard to incorporate what is important to you into your design.
