Our team has over 50 years of student, market-rate, and fraternity/sorority management. BMOC is an active IREM property management company and we adhere to their code of ethics. All Property Managers with BMOC earn their ARM - Accredited Residential Manager certification. BMOC currently uses Entrata property management software and currently is under the umbrella that will allow your company to use Entrata as they are not accepting new contracts at this time. Our team regularly attends Entrata's training conferences at their Utah location allowing our teams to boost operational efficiency and save money. Our social media management and website design team will take the headache out of managing your social media and website updates. Logo creation and branding can be done for new or takeover properties allowing branding to be consistent throughout. The National Marketing Director is Google certified, has many social media management certifications, and attends social media and tech conferences annually. We work with many Internet Listing Systems (ILS) and many of them are at a reduced group rate which your property would be a part of.
