Founded in 1988 by Detlev von Breitenstein and Martin Hauser, BMH AVOCATS is an independent law firm active in the field of business law. In order to meet this challenge, we rely on a number of independent local partner-firms and, particularly, a co-operation with a law firm in Shanghai. Our team members are bilingual or trilingual with an international educational and cultural background.
