Before going on maternity leave in March 2020, I had been working in the Specialty coffee industry for just over 5 years as a barista and Assistant Manager for White Whale Coffee Roasters in Portsmith, Cairns (previously known as Industry One Coffee Roasters) Working in the Specialty Coffee industry, I was saddened to see just how much fresh, unused ground coffee goes in the waste and off to landfill. I thought how can I reduce this amount while making use of this natural untouched coffee? I love to help make people feel good about themselves and wanted coffee to be part of this. It was here that my passion for Specialty coffee, sustainability and the need for self care paved the way for my own business venture Blush Body. What are we known for?
