Blüm Baby Information

Blüm, a mobile app through which parents take a 1 second clip of video each day of their baby as they develop, creating both a memorable keepsake and an invaluable visual health record of a baby’s development. These clips are then stored in the Blum calendar, which is linked to an interactive medical development timeline. The timeline will notify and inform parents about upcoming milestones in their baby’s development so that they know what signs to look out for. In preparation for their baby’s upcoming milestone, Blum will suggest and visually teach a game to the parent which is designed to spur a specific reaction from the baby and aids in helping it achieve the upcoming milestone. This reaction is then recorded using Blum. Finally, parents can invite family members to share and contribute to the baby’s development, building a supportive family environment. Expanding on this, through Blum community, parents can share advice and connect with local baby experts, childcare professionals and each other!
