Blue, has held many executive leadership positions during his three decades of public service. He has served as the president of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation of the State of New York, senior vice president of the Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority, chairman of the Freeport Housing Authority, vice president of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, executive assistant to the Regional Administrator of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and housing and community development legislative assistant in the United States Senate. He has extensive experience in public private partnerships, multifamily financing, and providing assistance to residents and all stakeholders.
