Bluesteel Design was founded by Jean Desperles, with Joanne Desperles continuing the practice. Bluesteel Design enjoy creating art! All aspects of design we are passionate about. Joanne Desperles is a creative Graphic Design professional, focussing on typographic work as a preferred design source, from corporate brochures and submissions to way-finding, graphic architectural design and signage. She has extensive experience in most facets of graphic design and creative arts. Web building is a new branch of design she is exploring. Joanne has a keen eye for detail and a passion for the arts. She is easy-going and believes in staying positive. She has a strong work ethic and can translate ideas into great design works with little instruction or assistance. She continues to broaden her experience in tuition in new forms of design and technology. In times of inspiration, landscape painting is a further creative outlet. Joanne commenced her career as a Graphic Designer in publishing, in positions that allowed intensive training, particularly with print production. She was then offered employment at Gray Puksand Architects as their sole Graphic Designer, a 'dream' position she held until the birth of her daughter in 2010. Collaborating with Bluesteel Design on a project would be a breeze, resulting in an inspired creation. Our submissions have an excellent winning track record, our designs have standing over time.
