Blueoak Estates are a bespoke property developer in Chester, creating homes that are as individual as you. Collectively, the Blueoak founders have 80 years’ construction industry experience, working for some of the UK’s leading house builders. This experience inspired the business Directors to start developing homes that aren’t off-the-peg, or even run-of-the-mill. We work with architects to create bespoke homes, designed to be as individual as the people who will one day call them their own. Whether it’s a historic conversion, sympathetically restored to meet the demands of modern living, or a brand new design with imaginative finishing touches; no two homes are ever exactly the same.
