Ideally, we are looking for businesses with retiring owners who are interested in a fair and highly confidential sale process with a smooth and professional transition, or divisions of larger companies that no longer fit with the overall strategic direction of the parent company. Blue Wing Partners is looking for good companies to which its principals can bring their experience, energy, and creativity to build long-term value and convert opportunities. We are also looking for companies that have good people with good experience. We do not look to build value by reducing headcount, but rather to complement the existing capabilities and focus on growing the business. Blue Wing Partners has the ability to provide a broad range of executive leadership and transaction consulting services. Engagements can range from providing day-to-day executive leadership for transition, turnaround or private equity situations to highly focused, specific transaction advisory services.
